Stuck at Prom Scholarship Contest
Eligible Participants may enter the Contest as one single individual only ("Entrant"). Each Entrant must create and wear: prom attire consisting of either a complete dress (the "Dress Category") or a complete tuxedo (the "Tux Category") and accessories made using Duck® brand duct tape and/or Duck® brand crafting tape ("Duck Tape® Prom Attire").

Westshore Arts Council Scholarships
The West Shore Arts Council is happy to announce that they are offering $500 scholarships again! Successful applicants currently attend high school, and plan to enroll in further education at a recognized post-secondary institution to pursue a career in the fine arts. This could include music, dance, theatre, film, visual arts, literary arts, digital arts, and others.

This scholarship will be awarded to a qualified Canadian applicant who resides in Metchosin demonstrating significant involvement/leadership in activities important to social health and community support. Relevant activities might include work with school or other bodies of governance, involvement in social justice issues, senior care, child care, and community service work with organizations such as food banks, hospitals, churches, charities, libraries, animal welfare organizations, children’s camps and clubs, etc. Applications must be submitted this application and

Metchosin Foundation Scholarship for Environmental Stewardship
This scholarship will be awarded to a qualified Canadian applicant who resides in Metchosin demonstrating concern for environmental issues. Volunteer work on environmental projects and relevant classroom projects will be a principle consideration. Projects might include work on recycling, ecosystem restoration, wild animal care, pollution reduction and remediation, renewable energy sources, etc. Applications must be submitted this application and

ICA Diversity Scholarships
ICA’s Diversity Scholarships are awarded to students from a diverse and/or immigrant background who demonstrate in their academic and community work active support for strong community values around diversity, equity, and inclusion in the Capital Region.
- One $2,000 scholarship to a graduating high school senior who is accepted into a diploma or degree program at a college or university for 2022/23 in the Capital Region
- One $5,000 scholarship to a graduating high school senior of Indian descent who is accepted into a college or university for 2022/23

Herman Rebneris Student Carpentry Award
CHBA will recognize the commitment to those learning the carpentry trade by awarding a deserving student with a $500 gift certificate to buy “the tools of the trade.”
The award is open to students from Vancouver Island Secondary schools with a carpentry program.
Selection criteria:
1) registered within the past 12 months in a recognized carpentry/woodworking/career prep program
2) good record of academic achievement

Association of School Transportation Services of British Columbia Commercial Heavy-Duty Mechanic Scholarship
The ASTSBC will award up to four scholarships annually to eligible student(s) attending a BC educational facility for the express purpose of attaining certification as a Commercial Heavy Duty Mechanic. You may receive up to $7000 over the four years.

The Constable Sarah Beckett Memorial Scholarship (CRD Traffic Safety Division)
